Welcome to the 5 Days to End Carb Cravings Challenge!

Hey there, Jenn here. I am so glad you decided to join the challenge.

I know times are uncertain right now and a bit crazy but, taking care of our health, and eating foods that nourish our bodies, will help us to handle everything with more ease. Now is the time to take control of your health so you can feel energized and refreshed instead of tired and stressed. When we eat too many carbs and sugars it can cause cravings, dips in energy and weight gain. However, it’s not all about giving things up. You want to pay attention to what you do eat, real whole foods rich in vitamins and nutrients.

The 5 Day Challenge is not designed to be complicated or overwhelming. I designed it with busy women, like you, in mind.

I am a holistic nutrition consultant, specializing in women’s hormones. I have personally had my own struggles with adrenal fatigue, poor digestion, PMS and weight gain. There was a time that I over indulged in both sugary and salty treats regularly, ate pasta pretty much every day and barely moved my body. As I started to incorporate more vibrant healthy foods in my meals I started to notice I had more energy through out the day and I no longer had cravings for sugary treats. Over the years I have worked on healing my own health issues and I’d like to share some of my best tips and tricks with you.

In the next 5 days I’m going to help you gain control over your cravings. Just by making small changes, such as, including more of the foods that support our hormones and blood sugar and eliminating some of the ones that don’t (bread, pasta, rice). You’ll be amazed by how much more energy you have, good bye 3pm crash, and how much lighter you’ll feel!
